Michelle is a family lawyer, collaborative family lawyer, and mediator. She also practices in wills and estates.
Michelle works closely with her clients to assist in the negotiation and preparation of separation agreements, cohabitation and marriage contracts, adoptions, and assisted reproduction agreements. Michelle has experience in all issues relating to family law, including parenting, support, division of assets and debts, business assets, moving with children (mobility), division of assets upon death, and interjurisdictional disputes. She appears regularly between the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia Family Division and Court of Appeal.

When not at the office, Michelle can be found sweating it out in the dojo, or shivering on the bench at the hockey rink with her kids.
